One .... aaah, aaah, aaah!

Today is Kate Ella's 1st birthday! I am so excited for her. She is so sweet. I love Kate so much, and can't imagine our family without her. These are the reasons why I love Kate:

1. She's just so stinking cute
2. She has the best laugh
3. She dances when she hears music
4. She loves her sisters
5. She laughs and giggles when she sees the cat
6. She has great distinct ears
7. She still sleeps in our bed, and always keeps me warm (some of you may be cringing at the thought)
8. She cries all the time, and for her strong spirit I am thankful
9. She is a great nurser (which has been good in general ... although bad for weaning)
10. She looks so cute with her new teeth
11. Her big blue eyes
12. She has started standing up and is so obviously proud of herself
13. She loves to be held, and I love to hold her
14. She has just a sweet happy spirit about her
15. Matt and I say all the time, she's just the best

I really cannot imagine our life without this sweet girl. I have had a crazy year. She has cried more than I thought possible for a baby, she has even screamed more than I knew a baby could, but she has also laughed and smiled so much and just made our lives brighter. I love her so much. She's just the best.

I wrote this post yesterday, and for some reason, even though I published it today .... the 27th, it still says the date that I wrote it. How annoying. I wanted it to actually say Kate's birthday .... oh well.
