Let Them Eat Cake

Cakes or Cookies?

I am taking a dessert to a funeral and need advice on which to make.

What would you rather eat?
chocolate chip cookies
white bundt cake with coconut frosting
chocolate layer cake with chocolate frosting
brownies
angel food cake with frosting
other (suggestion in comments)

the poll is being finicky .... you could just tell me your opinion in the comments if the poll isn't working. (stinking poll)

This is a difficult choice, particularly if you are the baker. Is there a best choice? I am not sure.

This is a hard choice...however I feel that if people are at a funeral and they are seated to eat then cake and things that need a fork are good...but, if people are standing and there aren't that many seats, then hand held desserts are perfect, like cookies and brownies :) Just my 2 cents. If I were to pick based on my mood right now, I would really go for anything fudgey chocolatey!! :)

I'd pick the brownies because they are the easiest to make... well, if you are me. I know you well however, and know you won't use the box kind like me- yours will probably be yummy homemade. But, homemade or not, I'd still probably pick the brownies. By the way, this is Cori, not Andrew... I just didn't switch to myself before I typed this and you know what happens if you try to switch after you write the post: you lose it and have to start over. And, since I refuse to do that, I'm Andrew for now. Like my commentaries today?
