Last night Aunt Karen came over so Matt and I could go out for his birthday. Thanks Aunt Karen!! We went and saw Iron Man ... which we both thought was good. Then went to eat at The Outback. Yum!!
When you get to be a certain age, birthdays don't have the "magic" they did when you were younger. I just hope Matt's was ok. (I think we did a good job ... he had some gifts, got cards, went out with me, and then we came home and sang and had cake ... what else is there?)
Anyway ... on to the next thing. Which happens to be Father's Day ... Matt gets all of his celebrations in one week.
