Life as We Know It

Tessa actually fell asleep in a normal position last night. I just thought I would show you all to prove I do have my children sleep in normal places.

Also ...

Here is a picture of our almost finished family room ... the new window is so much cleaner looking. Look at the ceiling, it's not brown and wooden. The walls are perfectly perfect, and Matt almost finished putting up the molding around the windows last night. Now all that is left is filling the tiny holes on the molding and painting it. It is extremely exciting to think that pretty soon we will have that space back ... there's nothing like being cramped for a month to make me appreciate even a small space like our family room. (the light wall looks kind of pink in the picture ... it's just the lighting I think. It doesn't look like that in real life)

Is it sad that I am this excited about something like a silly room remodel?
