My unique child has come up with another cute idiosyncrasy. Linzi has decided that only her shoes should be called "sneakers." Now I know that other people call their shoes sneakers, but here in this part of the country, not very many people do. And in our family, especially, I don't think we've ever used that term. We usually call them tennis shoes or whatever brand they happen to be. Nikes.
Well, yesterday, Linzi came home from school, and scoured the house for all the shoes that fit her, and then proceeded to choose these. After she put them on, she asked me if I thought her sneakers looked good. I said they were cute. Then she walked around asking everyone how her sneakers looked, and said, "they're pretty cute sneakers, right?" .... I thought it was funny.
It's just so Linzi.

I love Linzi! She is just the cutest. I love that she has her own style and flair. It makes her who she is... even if it is totally off the wall sometimes.
