- I am not a fitness guru who knows all things. I am not an athlete who has been toned and marathon running forever. I am a mom to 7 kids and for years and years THAT has been my priority AND my identity. Today though, I can honestly say that I AM a lover of feeling good and being positive. I am passionate about eating healthy food and the difference it can make in all aspects of your body. I am strong and capable and can do hard things and I want everyone else to recognize those traits in themselves too! You are amazing and unique and can do anything you choose! Choose YOU! This change has been a blessing and a gift in my life, how could I not want this for everyone else?! By the way how did you draw on your picture and how did your mom get four pictures in a frame? I have seen it done on other blogs and have been envious so maybe you can tell me your secret.
