- I am not a fitness guru who knows all things. I am not an athlete who has been toned and marathon running forever. I am a mom to 7 kids and for years and years THAT has been my priority AND my identity. Today though, I can honestly say that I AM a lover of feeling good and being positive. I am passionate about eating healthy food and the difference it can make in all aspects of your body. I am strong and capable and can do hard things and I want everyone else to recognize those traits in themselves too! You are amazing and unique and can do anything you choose! Choose YOU! This change has been a blessing and a gift in my life, how could I not want this for everyone else?! I'm finally free in this spot to just live this amazing life I have and I want everyone else to come with me! (Your life is amazing too! If you don't see it, let me help you find it! i couldn't read it...do you read cjane? agh! i read comments on her blog sometimes and then i can't read anymore because there are so many crazies out there. I'm sure it's a good article, but i can't do it. maybe another day. i already feel like i'm right in what i believe because i follow the prophet... you know?
