Did I Say Hard? I Meant Easy.

I THOUGHT this was going to be hard.  I put Quinn to bed last night, he screamed for a half hour, and whimpered/cried for a little while after that ... but did fall asleep.  We went to bed (alone for the first time in over a year) and Quinn didn't wake up until 5:30 the next morning!  I was seriously surprised and pleased.

So tonight I thought for sure it couldn't go as well ... it was so hard when we did this with Kate.  She took a good solid week to get used to it. 

I put him in his bed, he cried for MAYBE 5 minutes, and that was it.  Totally asleep.  I'm shocked.  and seriously thrilled.  I hope it's this easy every night (although I'm not delusional, I know it won't be this easy EVERY night ... but a Mom can dream). 

We'll see when he wakes up tomorrow morning.  5:30 I can handle.
