Can you believe he's 1 month old? It sure has flown by. Yesterday was his checkup and he weighs 9 pounds and 1 ounce ... 22 inches long. 
We're still smitten!

- I am not a fitness guru who knows all things. I am not an athlete who has been toned and marathon running forever. I am a mom to 7 kids and for years and years THAT has been my priority AND my identity. Today though, I can honestly say that I AM a lover of feeling good and being positive.
