32 Weeks

Time is slowly (and sometimes quickly) ticking away.

• Midwife appointment yesterday.  I gained only 2 pounds (in 4 weeks!!), blood pressure was good, Isla sounded and felt great, measuring right on.  I go back in 2 weeks, and then 2 weeks after that is the home visit.  It's really not that far away now.
• I'm feeling excited, anxious, nervous, scared to death, tired, ready, not ready ... um ... take your pick.  I think I'm in constant emotional somersaulting.  But pregnancy in general is like that I think.  
• Isla is still head down, thank goodness.  No breech baby please.
• We're trying to get all of our little projects done so we will be ready (washing all of the baby's clothes, finishing the family room, getting the laundry room more organized, finishing the burp cloths, installing a new water heater).  Sometimes it feels like too much ... but I'm sure everything that needs to be done will get done.
• I can't believe in just a few weeks (well, technically no sooner than 5 weeks) we will have another person in this house.  A baby.  Who cries.  And needs to be fed.  Even though I've done this more times than most people, it's still amazing to me.  I am as excited this time as I was with Brielle I think.  It's really cool.
