21. I'm thankful for the first snow. The kids were SO thrilled this morning to see white when we woke up. It wasn't too much, but throughout the day little flecks of white kept floating down and reminding us it's nearly winter. Around dinner time the snow fell harder and the temperature outside dropped. There started to be a white covering on all the leaves and the ground. What loveliness! I think it's so fun and pretty and great; especially when I don't have to drive in it! (and school is 2 hours late tomorrow!!)(this is the best picture I could get at 10:00 pm not wanting to set foot off the porch. Brrr!)
